Let's Fix Your Radon Problem
Radon Removal Bid – If your home has high radon levels, don’t worry. We install over 80% of the radon mitigation systems in Utah and we have a 5-star Google rating with over 800 reviews. Reducing radon gas levels and making your home safe is our specialty.
Our team of certified radon mitigation professionals will customize a mitigation system that best suits your specific home configuration to significantly reduce your home’s radon levels – guaranteed. A radon mitigation system creates ventilation in the soil under the foundation. The suction created by a specialized radon fan carries the radon and other soil gasses through a series of pipes and exhausts them into the air outside the house.

Why is Radon Mitigation Important?
Radon gas is the #1 cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Utah’s average radon levels are 5 times higher than the national average and 1 in 3 Utah homes have high radon levels. Therefore, radon removal is an important part of a healthy home.

EPA and WHO Recommendations
Radon is measured in picoCuries per liter, or “pCi/L”. Because there is no “safe” level of radon, reducing it as much as possible is the goal. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends considering mitigation if your home’s radon level is above 2.0 pCi/L and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends mitigating your home if your radon level is 2.7 pCi/L or above.
If your home has tested at 2.0 pCi/L or higher, fill out the form at the top of this page for a free radon mitigation bid, or call us at 801-871-0715.
