Instructions: Home inspectors may either call us at 801-871-0715 or use this online form for setting one of our tests or requesting we set a test on their behalf.
Please remember closed house conditions and the test must run for at least 48 hours in the home to be valid. We pick up tests normally after 2 business days but it may be 3 days due to scheduling. Please allow up to 1 business day to analyze the test and send you the results. Tests that come back high may include a radon mitigation proposal along with it. We do one followup call with the buyer or buyer’s agent 2-3 days after a test comes back above 4.0 pCi/L to answer any questions about the mitigation proposal sent.
